Former San Francisco 49ers Quarterback Colin Kaepernick has not played a single snap in the NFL since March 2017, but today; NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell said "I encourage teams to sign him."
During a Conversation with ESPN's Mike Greenberg - "The Return of Sports" Special, he briefly spoke about Kaep.
"WELL, LISTEN, IF HE WANTS TO RESUME HIS CAREER IN THE NFL, THEN OBVIOUSLY IT'S GONNA TAKE A TEAM TO MAKE THAT DECISION,"
"BUT I WELCOME THAT, SUPPORT A CLUB MAKING THAT DECISION, AND ENCOURAGE THEM TO DO THAT."
