Introducing 📣 The Toofless HAG 🦷🗢 — The Now Legacy

Interview with up-in-coming star  JessiGlenn Gay aka (The Toofless HAG)

1. What is a typical day/week like for you?

I work for a contractor for Fed Ex Ground. When I am done, I ride by all the dumpsters and dumpster dive for props. LOL. When your poor that’s what you do. I barely make ends meet. A couple years ago, I beat stage 4 Pancreatic cancer. It was in my bones, and I did not know that this affected my teeth. I had abbesses every other week. My dentist told me I had to have them pulled. I became depressed and embarrassed and finally decided to use it for comedy to raise money to buy me some teeth. I was out of work for a year and had to max out my credit cards, And I have struggled every since. When I get home, I check out ways to grow my business. I watch stand up and SNL sketches and mad t.v.. On Saturdays I rest. And then on Sundays I clean and work on props for my skits and inventory my finds from my dumpster dives. LOL. I love comedy. (okay first answer)

2. What is your best memory of starting your career?

I always loved all of the arts. From songwriting to comedy to telling stories. I have so much to offer. When I was young, I wanted to be a soul/rhythm and blues singer. I went to an audition for a girl group. Mind you, I was quite the eye candy back then. Here we are 30 people in this man’s basement around a piano. He scans the audience and picks me first. I was so nervous. I was born intersex and grew up as a boy. Back then it was called hermaphrodite. I had a raspy Janicy, Stevie Nicks voice. Which I thought sounded too masculine and I was scared to audition with that voice afraid that everyone would know and make fun of me. So I chose Chain of Fools. With my high head voice which I had not at that time mastered yet. He had gave us a brochure telling what he was doing. He started playing and I started belting. LOLOL. Everyone raised those pamphlets over their faces to hide their laughter. Oh I was so humbly embarrassed

3. What advice would you give to someone wanting to create and market a brand from scratch?

I am still in the process of marketing and creating so it is hard for me right now to give that advice.

4. How can others reach out to you for film collaboration information?

People can reach me at thetooflesshag@gmail.com

5. What is next for your business?

I am searching Fiverr for radio interviews once I put a few more skits up.

6. What’s your next marketing moves for your career?

I am debating on a kickstarter campaign. Ideally, if I can stop working and focus only on this, I would like to create an hour and half video to sell with skit and standup. I need a better camera and funds for better props and to pay other small time comedians for skits that involve more players. This can get expensive. I have about 30 skits on my to do list. I am focusing on how much that will be, before starting a kickstarter campaign. I really want it to be professional looking. The camera I have now sucks so bad. LOL. I am currently selling tee shirts on tee spring to try to raise funds
